
Samsung Electronics, announced the launch of F400, a dual slider music phone designed to bring top quality music and sound.
Measuring 103.2 X 48.2 X 16.9 mm the phone comes with 2.2” 262K TFT display, dual stereo speakers, 3.5 mm earphone jack, standard HSDPA Tri-band (900, 1800, 1900 MHz) 3.6Mbps, ICEpower technology by Bang & Olufsen ICEpower and Digital Natural Sound engine.
The dual slider phone when slide up, is ready to make calls with a metallic keypad and when slide down, it turns into a music player.
With Shazam, a music recognising application embedded within the phone, users can find out the name and artist of an unknown tune by simply pointing their phone at the music. The service is also available when a user is listening to a song on the radio integrated within the handset.
The F400 comes with a 3-megapixel camera with AF and LED Flash, FM radio, Bluetooth v 2.0, 1GB SD memory, a microSD slot that supports up to 8GB to store all music files and USB 2.0 HS .
F400 will be available in two colors, black and white in Asia, Southeast Asia, and Middle East.
